Series 7 - Live, Instructor Led Classes Come to Brooklyn

We are proud to announce that Financial and Securities Training, in collaboration with St. Joseph's College, is offering a live course to prepare you to take the Series 7, General Securities Representative Exam.  As in-person, Instructor-led, classroom training is the most effective way to learn, but is sometimes impossible to find nearby, we are extremely excited to promote this partnership.

The course is taught by our experienced instructors who will provide the structure and guidance you need to ensure Series 7 exam success.  The classes are exam-focused, emphasizing the content that is most heavily tested and the content that is most difficult.  The learning material covers numerous concepts and includes an Interactive Web Training tool, testing the user on each major point.  Rest assured that we will keep you motivated throughout the learning process and show you the tricks and shortcuts needed to pass the exam.

Our inaugural class is scheduled to meet for six consecutive, 3 hours sessions, on Tuesday's, starting from October 14, 2014 to November 18, 2014.  Classes will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and are located at St. Joseph's College, 222 Clinton Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11205.

FINRA Files Proposed Series 24 Exam Changes with the SEC - Effective October 13, 2014  -

Regulatory Notice Release No. 34-72766

Anyone currently studying for the Series 24 exam should contact us at email Isabelle.Peterson@pass7fast.com

for information on how we can get candidates on the fast track to passing prior to the change date.

The exam remains at 150 questions and the passing grade stays at 70%. The actual exam content remains the same, with slight changes to weightings of different areas tested and a few new rules added to the study outline.  As the Series 24 is one of the hardest tests that FINRA gives, we would advise anyone currently studying for the exam to test before the change date.

The new exam outline can be found
